Advanced payment is required at time of booking reservation(s). Payment may be made by credit card only.

Glacier Bay Lodge and Tours Cancellation and Refund Policy

*Cancellation policies vary and are rate specific. You can view the policy by clicking on the rate name when availability returns.

Grace Period: If guest is booking 30 days or more from arrival, there is a 10 day grace(to change or cancel itinerary(s)) at no charge.

Reservations cancelled outside of 14 days: subject to a 10% change or cancelation fee.

Reservations cancelled inside 14 days: subject to a 100% penalty.
