Cancel or Change Reservations - Full payment is due at the time of booking. - Reservations cancelled more than 14 days in advance of stay are subject to a fee of 10% of all charges. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of stay are non-refundable. - Once booked any reservation changes are subject to a change fee of $10 per reservation. - For reservations made more than 30 days in advance, a grace period of 14 days applies from date of booking where change and cancellation fees are waived. - Please ask a reservations agent about purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes and cancellations. - At this time, our online reservation system does not manage changes or cancellations.
