Lodging Info & Policies

Check-In: 4:00 pm
Check-Out: 12:00 pm

Payment Policy: First night stay plus tax due at time of booking. Any remaining balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled within 10 days of booking fall within the grace period, no penalty. Reservations cancelled/changed more than 72 hours prior to arrival will receive a refund less a $30 cancellation fee per room. Reservation cancelled/changed within 72 hours prior to arrival will result in full deposit forfeiture.

Reservation Changes: Dates of stay for a reservation may be changed based on current availability. Your reservation is subject to a new rate for new dates of stay. Any changes made to your reservation may result in a rate change and payment due upon arrival.

Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted at Glacier Bay Lodge.

Extra Person Fee: All room rates are based on double occupancy. An additional person charge of $25 will apply to those 13 and up.

Coast Guard Regulations: Due to Coast Guard Regulations, prior to boarding the vessel photo I.D. may be required. All passengers boarding the vessel are subject to screening and inspection of person, baggage or cargo.
